This Privacy Policy explains how EDMARKLIVEMALL ONLINE STORE (“Edmark Live Mall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit edmarklivemall.com, purchase from our store, contact our support or business inboxes, or interact with an authorized Edmark Live Mall business integration.
Storefront and device information. We may collect browser and device details, IP address, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, searches, referring pages, and interactions with the Site. We use this information to operate the Site, prevent fraud, measure performance, and improve the shopping experience.
Order and customer information. When you place an order or request support, we may collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, order details, payment status, delivery information, and the content of your support request. Payment information is processed by our authorized payment providers.
Messages and business inbox information. If you contact us through the Site, email, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Shopify Inbox, or another connected channel, we may process your message, attachments, account or profile identifiers, timestamps, and conversation history so we can respond, route the conversation, provide support, and maintain service records.
Connected platform information. When an authorized Edmark administrator enables an integration, we may process the minimum information required to operate it. Depending on the integration, this may include Meta Page, business, ad account, campaign, catalogue, shop, pixel or dataset identifiers; campaign and conversion performance; product and inventory information; Shopify store, order and customer records; configuration settings; permissions; webhook events; and audit records. These integrations operate only within the permissions granted by an authorized administrator.
Marketing and measurement information. Where enabled, cookies, pixels, tags, server-side events, and similar technologies may record events such as page views, product views, searches, carts, checkouts, and purchases. We use these events to measure advertising, create audiences where permitted, attribute sales, prevent fraud, and improve campaigns. Available choices depend on your location, browser settings, and our consent controls.
When enabled by an authorized administrator, AI-assisted features may use relevant product, campaign, catalogue, store, or conversation context to draft replies, summaries, recommendations, or optimization suggestions. We limit the context sent to a configured service provider to what is reasonably needed for the requested task. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is subject to human review, access controls, and business approval before consequential actions are taken. Enabling an AI feature does not change your privacy rights.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the store and authorized business integrations, including Shopify, Meta and their affiliates, hosting and security providers, payment and delivery providers, analytics and advertising providers, customer-service tools, and configured AI service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. Providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.
Shopify powers our online store. You can learn more about Shopify’s privacy practices at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer service, security, audit, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary according to the record and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and lawful exceptions may apply.
For deletion requests, including data connected to an Edmark Live Mall Meta or Shopify integration, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. For advertising opt-out information, see Personal Data Protection.
You can manage cookies through available Site controls and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features. Because “Do Not Track” is not interpreted consistently across the industry, we do not treat it as a universal opt-out signal. Where required, we recognize legally applicable preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
The Site is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request review and deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
