EDMARK LIVE MALL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
Your ORDER will be shipped from EDMARK LIVE MALL Warehouse at #355 P. Tuazon corner 21st Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

 

Tracking Number of your order will be sent to your email once we shipped your order. All deliveries within Philippines are done by Ninja Van.
To ensure smooth delivery and receiving process kindly take note of the following important reminders:

 

WHERE WE CAN DELIVER;
EDMARK LIVE MALL can only send orders to street address in Philippines. Please make sure you key in all the correct and legible information ( i.e,. which floor, unit number of the house, name of building, street name of, name of subdivision or barangay, municipality, city or province and postal code)

 

Notes:
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.
  • We are unable to ship to any International Address at this moment.
  • We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address. Once the order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address
FOR SUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES:
Upon receiving the delivery , you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel.
  • You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products.
  • Make sure to check the contents of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.
FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If the order is unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts and you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, you are not allowed to request for refund.

 

ON OUR PACKAGING:
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES
We always strive to provide the best to deliver your orders as soon as we can. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
  • Please do expect a slight delay in shipping during peak sales / promotional periods. However, we will try our best to delivery as soon as we can.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Tracking number of your order will be sent to your email once we shipped your order.
  • Locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery.
SELF COLLECT AT WAREHOUSE
Self Collect at our warehouse is FREE of charge. Collection details will be sent to your email once your order is ready for collection. Please be informed that collection time is from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5.30pm, and we are closed on Weekends & Public Holidays.
